Folasade A. Her practice includes asylum, VAWA, U and T visas, SIJ status, family-based petitions, naturalization, and all related USCIS and EOIR proceedings.
In addition to her immigration practice, Ms. Ajasa has extensive experience handling contested and uncontested divorce matters, Family Court petitions, Chapter 7 bankruptcy, civil litigation, and landlord-tenant cases—giving her a broad legal foundation that strengthens her ability to identify and address complex issues affecting immigrant clients.
Ms. Ajasa has represented hundreds of individuals before the immigration courts and USCIS, consistently securing approvals and favorable results.
