With almost 15 years of experience in real estate law, Natalie Guillaume brings a steady, knowledgeable, and client-focused approach to The Kuba Law Firm’s growing Real Estate Department. She has represented countless buyers, sellers, and lenders throughout her career and is known for making the closing process smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
Natalie’s background includes extensive work in both residential and commercial transactions, giving her the ability to anticipate issues, solve problems quickly, and protect her clients’ interests at every stage.
She earned her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law and remains active in the legal community as a member of ABWA, the Amistad Black Bar Association, and the Suffolk County Bar Association.
Natalie is excited to bring her experience to The Kuba Law Firm and to help build a modern, client-centered real estate practice within the firm.
