Luke M. Kuba, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at The Kuba Law Firm, PC and a third-generation immigration attorney dedicated to defending and supporting individuals and families navigating the U.S. immigration system. His practice focuses on removal defense, USCIS petitions of all types, Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) cases in Family Court, and applications including VAWA, U-visas, and affirmative asylum.
Since being admitted to the New York Bar in 2022, Luke has successfully represented clients in asylum hearings, cancellation of removal proceedings, and numerous USCIS interviews involving family petitions, adjustments of status, removal of conditions, and naturalization. He brings substantial experience handling SIJ matters across all five boroughs.
A graduate of Brooklyn Law School (J.D., 2021) and the University of Michigan (B.A., 2018), Luke is admitted to practice in the Second Judicial Department and is an active member of AILA.
Outside the office, Luke is an avid sports fan who loves traveling and exploring new places. As a true New Yorker, he proudly supports all New York sports teams.
